Anira’s fingers, light as silk, coaxed his hand to the curve of her back, guiding it with all the elegance of a dance step. A gentle entangling.
She had encountered men of wealth and title, men who could fill an entire ballroom with their laughter and still leave the air feeling empty. Her gaze held his, unwavering, a glimmer of mischief softening the tenderness. “I have never met someone like you.
