Rose Knights
Before he became cursed the Elf known as Hawkflesh rode with four others collectively known as The Rose Knights. These five were each given name and dress in accordance with a specific colour. They were Red, White, Yellow, Green and Black.
Of their number now only Hawkflesh remains.

Beautiful as he was deadly, Storkwax led the Rose Knights with a cold ruthlessness and was peerless with a rapier and buckler.
Name: Crowpitch, Colour: Black, Origin: Beastkin, Status:Alive
Wild and strong, Crowpitch was beastkin who mixed both wolf and goat traits a mix that left him with a quick and vicious temper. Those who fell afoul of it met the business end of his long-axe.
Name: Finchleaf, Colour: Green, Origin: Dwarf , Status:Alive
Quick and sharp with an eye for danger, Finchleaf held no regard for any life. To kill a spider was the same as a babe to him. When it was in the sights of his crossbow or under his dagger there was little distinction.
Name: Warblewheat, Colour: Yellow, Origin: Orkin, Status:Alive
Equal parts mirthful and mindful, Warblewheat brought clarity to the Rose Knights but one would be foolish to think him gentle or weak. When he took up his curved swords few could match him.
Name: Hawkflesh, Colour: Red, Origin: Elf, Status: Alive
Dour and grim, Hawkflesh was only ever happy in a fight and was often all too eager to start one if he got bored. Since leaving the Rose Knights he has changed his demeanor and so far as is known only he knows why.
