1. Mahsain Roshan

    Private Welcome Home

The Deva sat down with a heavy plop on the wooden platform next to Nemmy, the broad smile still wrapped across her face. Nemmy had always been fairly sparse with showing her emotion, Mahsain always thought it was something taught among the Tempestarii. As if the emotions of the storm weaver...

    Private Goin' Fishing

The navigator scoot down the little boat and the fishkin pulled himself from the water, dripping into the boat as he took a seat. She shrug, it didn't matter to her what he did or didn't do. She was just here to make sure the ship got from one point to another. There was a quartermaster or...

    Private Goin' Fishing

The line tugged again, just lightly at first before harder and she perked up again. Another bite and so quickly! She began to pull in the line, this time coming in easier even than the snagged seaweed from before. She must have caught a minnow. As the line pulled from the water, the bait still...
  4. Mahsain Roshan

    Private Welcome Home

The feel of the wooden gangway under her feet, the smell of the salty air, the chatter and laughter from the crowds, the snap of the multicolored pendants, everything that she missed about Kharsaga. Being a navigator meant that she was away from home more often than not. Those of the floating...
  5. Mahsain Roshan

    Private Goin' Fishing

The waves rocked against the wooden hull of the small stern-boat that Mahsain had taken a bit from the main vessel to enjoy a bit of fishing while they were anchored looking for salvage. The divers still had a while yet to go. There were very few things that she could do while waiting. Her foot...

    Private So Say the Stars

Mahsain had already forgotten the about the shoulder that she'd taken, or given depending on the point of view, as she and Param moved toward the colorful building. The soft tinkling sound of the coins chiming announcing the opening of the door echoed in the building drawing the attention of...
  7. Mahsain Roshan

    Private So Say the Stars

The navigator continued off toward the building her eyes catching on the flags that Param had pointed out, the happy colors flowing in the gentle harbor breeze. She swayed from side to side, Mahsain had never been one to be able to get her sea legs easily. Not that she cared too much. She much...
  8. Mahsain Roshan

    Private So Say the Stars

She nodded as they walked side by side. A year wasn't really all that long, but he had proven to be quite skilled as they had navigated to White Port. They had worked together cleaning, which was always a pleasure. If she hadn't been on a journey of her own, she might have considered a formal...
  9. Mahsain Roshan

    Private So Say the Stars

Mahsain stepped up alongside Param as they moved down the dock. "Nests are always found in the direction of the rising sun." She said pointing to the east side of the docks. Kharsagan Navigator's were if anything a superstitious. The rising sun and the moons were often featured in old Kharsagan...

    Open Enter the Boilbilge [dropped]

A splash echoed as the anchor was released into the waves as the boat settled among the waves. With the ship stationary now, hopefully at a spot where they would manage to find something of use, Mahsain was left to wait. Scavenging trips were a bit harder to navigate, how could one tell what lay...
  11. Mahsain Roshan

    Private So Say the Stars

The cool wind from the port ruffled Mahsain's curly blue hair and the white cloth of her dress. Sandaled feet shuffle down the cobble stone streets as her eyes take in the sites of the bustling city. Having taking a temporary contract as a navigator for a merchant vessel between Cindersend and...

    Mahsain Roshan

Born on the floating city of Kharsaga, Mahsain's family wasn't of any formal importance. Her mother and father serving as members of the various fleets. Often hoping between vessels as contracts finished or explorations were complete. Taking turns to raise the young Devahni when she was still...
