Without really looking, and really it was his own fault, he found himself planted directly in the path of danger. None other than Saskia stood before him, unavoidably so. His body stiffened and he uttered the word before he could stop himself. "Fuck."

The joy in her eyes rarely sputtered out. Her cheeks twitched as the smile died from her face, staring at the one that came to stop before her. Monroe looked between them and without a word, took the opportunity to leave as Alaric Wulf said a single curse.

Unhappy that she was abandoned, and only in a fashion that suited Cathmore, Saskia could not blame the older Sworn. Who had time to stick around for an old lovers' spat?

She crossed her arms, lips pursed as her eyes narrowed.
"Alaric." It was venom coating the single name she spoke. Of course, Saskia was know to yap the ears off of anyone, but in this moment, she was lost for words that on this most momentous day of the festival, it now was ruined by someone that earned her ire.

Saskia was stubborn, which she knew all on her own but was ready to argue with anyone on why she most certainly was not. She stayed her ground, wanting to show that she had the right to stand here, and it should be him how did he get prettier? that should move on and leave her be.
