Hi, hello! Welcome to Shroudweavers!
As many of you already guessed, this is the "secret project" that we've been working on. And today I'm happy to finally be able to share it with you.
I've been writing with most of y'all for for years - some for near on a decade. The stories we told together, and the friendships that were made, are irreplaceable. I want to continue writing with everyone, continue seeing what all you beautiful, creative folks come up with, and keep making new connections. It's this sense of collaboration that kindled the flame to make this website.
I hope what we make together here stays with us for years to come.
And before I get all bleary eyed, let's get to the specs....
Stone Soup
Our goal with this beta period is not to give a powerpoint slide of a finished setting, but to get valuable feedback from our friends early on in the process. We want to hear your ideas and have everyone feel comfortable contributing their writing. We've got the broth boiling for you, but we'll need your ingredients to make a tasty soup
What's on the Horizon
This weekend, we'll be focusing on settling in, refining the site, and addressing major gaps. Here's some of the stuff planned for the IMMINENT FUTURE:- Finishing the Codex entries marked as "WIP"
- Porting over the Knights of Anathaeum to the new setting
- Writing more guides & resources to help new players navigate the site
- Smoothing out the site's design (especially for mobile users)
- Introducing "areas of play" (aka some site plots) to get the ball rolling in the new setting
