Gilean Iasis
Brother to Moina Iasis, Gilean is the middle son of the noble house of Iasis of the Arshakan Empire. Unlike his older brother, Gilean was destined for a life among the legion in the service of the Empire. Yet his jealousy of the eldest and his ambition lead him to crave more. Enough that he would betray his family for favor of a greater noble house. Framed for treason, his father, mother, and older brother were beheaded. His younger sister, Moina Iasis, disappeared from the Brahman Magisterium and hadn't been seen since. He was rewarded for his service to the Empire by his patron house.

Was thinking he earned a seat among the Senate elect as a result after patron house helped to make his deeds known, but could also now just be a Primus Khashatrii leading a legion.
Plots:
Want to build out the drama between brother and sister as they run into each other by chance and as Moina starts to help others break apart what she sees as a corrupt empire
Moina doesn't know it was her brother that had caused her family to fall. A friendly ally warned her in time to escape, but she had no details other than that.
