ALTALUSIAN BLOOD RUNS THROUGH THE VEINS OF THE SINCLAYR FAMILY. SEVEN GENERATIONS BACK, FAR ENOUGH BACK TO REMEMBER WHEN THE DREDGE DID NOT BRING UP HORRORS. WHEN SETTLERS SOUGHT TO CULTIVATE THE COAST, THE SINCLAYR FAMILY SOLD THEM THEIR SHOVELS AND PLOUGHS. COPPER AND TIN. WHEN KNIGHTS ROSE TO FIGHT THE DEAD WAVE, SINCLAYR HAD WAGONS AND WEAPONS. IRON AND STEEL. WHEN MERCHANTS CAME TO TRADE AND BUILD, SINCLAYR HAD THE CONTRACTS AND SCALES. SILVER AND GOLD. THE FAMILY THAT BALANCES THE WEIGHTS MAKES THE CURRENCY. THE FAMILY THAT RUNS THE FORGES HAS THE PEOPLE. THE FAMILY THAT OWNS THE MINES HAS THE CITY.
AND HERE UPON THE SALTED EARTH A CHILD IS BORN WHO WILL SURPASS THE OTHERS. EDEN OF THE VEILED DEAD, SINCLAYR OF THE WHITE CITY, SHE WHO WAS GIVEN EVERYTHING AND WANTS MORE. MERCHANT. VISCOUNT. SOVEREIGN.

Plainly adorned hair frames a square face. Thin skin lays over thin lips and a narrow nose, veins cracking along the surface in lieu of blush. There is nothing compelling about Eden's appearance, and yet she demands attention.
Eden prefers simply cut black clothing, but seems to enjoy certain shades of green as well.

Here in the law of ancient might and merchant's wealth, a child, like and yet unlike any other, was fed upon arcane thought until she grew fat with knowledge. To RULE, to RANSOM, to RIGHT. In her hands are TRUTH and TRANSFORMATION. They fight eternally. These are her domains.

To command wholly the wills of men is forbidden, but to appeal to their wants and desires is merely the merchant's way.
To Ransom.
Perhaps once the Sinclayr family struggled with funds, but no longer is that a concern. Everything has a price, and if gold will not suffice, she will pay it in blood.
To Right.
Ten loyal men and women serve under Eden's command, and ten is all she needs to right any wrong against her family.
In Truth.
Magic is not uncommon in Altalusia, and though regulations do exist to keep the streets safe and the people quiet, much is allowed behind the closed doors of ruling families. What does not escape the confines of one's estate, however dangerous, need not be mentioned.
and Transformation.
In Eden's gardens lounge beasts of strange and distorted proportions, those creatures who are so grim and vicious as to be called monsters. They listen only to her, and if she is not commanding them to some task, they serve as sacrifices for her darker spells.
