This is Vaaga and he's a bad guy, literally a bad guy. He kicks dogs and kids, spits on old people, NEVER apologies and is unfortunately a very gifted Weaver of Ice and Wind spells.
He needs a good guy to battle, to match wits with, to spring traps on. Someone good and upstanding who has a lot of convenient family and friends to threaten and kidnap. Someone to be the golden browned breakfast waffles to his decades old wad of drain hair.
He wants nothing more than to humiliate and hurt this person, this hero, the one who will be his nemesis.
