Garru Harru in the Agni-bolg
Garru Harru is the name of a small village in the northern edge of the Dragons Teeth Mountain range. The particular area is known as the Agni-bolg or The Stomach of Fire, due to the high volcanic activity there. The sulphur springs and obsidian deposits make the area a tempting spot for explorers hoping to find new ways through the mountains but many go missing due to hazards both natural and unnatural.
Though for those who live in Garru Harru (named for the great Hero Harru who later became known as Garru) life is a mixture of ferocious weather and the occasional natural disaster. Rockslides and mudslides have buried the towns of its people many times and while the terrain is lush and vibrant trees do not thrive as much nor do they grow as big as some may like. This lead to stone being quarried more and much of the structures are made of a hard blue limestone.
The main stay of the town is mining this blue limestone which is much easier for its residents than those of many other species because the main population of the Agni-bolg is Orkin. Indeed there are whole buildings cut to size some of the larger of their kind and while shorter varieties exist they are predominantly of the Ogre subspecies.
The main point of Garru Harru however is the Temple. An ancient and mighty structure built in the days when the Valley was still filled with so much ice that one could walk from peak to peak in a straight line. In this Temple the old wisdom of Garru is kept. For he was the first to drink the earths boiling blood and master its awesome powers and with it Garru melted the ice of the valley and made it green for the people to settle there.
Garru next built the Temple in praise of the Forty Four Heavens, the Fifty Five Gods and the Sixty Six blessings. Now those who live in Garru Harru live under the protection and guidance of his teachings, preserved in the descendants of his pupils from the first tribes.
When it was done Harru was no more and Garru returned to his people triumphant and with the power of a Dragon he made quiet the tormenting skies with his roar and with his breath he melted the ice of the valley.
To honour the courage of Harru and the might of Garru the statues always have two heads, one of Harru who bravely fought for her people and one of Garru who protected them from the Heavens.
Now the Temple at Garru Harru is devoted to keeping the teachings of Garru alive and well through bestowing upon them mastery of both body and spirit against the perils of both everyday life and more exotic dangers such as monsters, natural disasters and the occasional bandit.

Harru was once an ordinary Ogre child who grew up in hopes of becoming her Tribes Xorox rangler but fate and the cruel Heavens conspired against her dreams for they saw greatness in her and sent onto her people the Ninefold Catastrophes. Lightning and snow fell from the sky and the ground shook wherever they stopped. It was then that the Great Fire Dragon of the Valley came to ad further torment to Harru's tribe. When all the warriors had fled from the Dragon's breath she alone stood strong and charged the Dragon, sending him fleeing into his Mountain Home. Brave Harru followed the Fire Dragon and in his Mountain she demanded he teach her the way to survive for her people.
