There is a frown. "No."

Doubt tickled the bottom of her stomach- unsure if this was anything like the injured minds she dealt with now. Still- she promised she would help Vyn. "I do not need blood to move memory. That would not help me. And that would not help you." she explained. "To take my blood only moves pain, moves life, but- in the end, it only moves. It doesn't give. It'll just make you.. hungry again" There's a pause, and a quiet question. "Why take, when you can make and grow something.. your own?"

Hesitation sat in her stomach, and she looked to see if she could see Vyn through it all.

Vyn's eye twitched as she cut in.

„You are not allowed to ask anyone for blood.“ Voice and thought the same – and where one didn't shake, the other wondered.

The creature elbowshrugged, pulling on Dove's hand a bit as it did.

„We will not ask.“ Until you give us permission.

Vyn relaxed at the spoken words. The creature did many things well, but lying they were still clumsy at. She had to find comfort in that. The creature didn't need a nod to turn back to the bird.

„Dove Thoughtstealer...tell me.“ Voice was Jem's now. Sounded almost angry. „What do you build out of forgotten things?“

Sometimes thought was a touch. Sometimes a drink.
