It is said that an entire village was washed away in a flood, that it consumed them all in it's destructive path and left no room for survivors. Years later, the village began to rebuild, for it was always known that the land boasted exceptional earth to grow crops. Every few decades, a flood would come and undo all the work, but the resetting of all this life and community never deterred anyone from starting again.
Now, in recent times, there have been measures made to withhold against the flooding. Two rivers were dug out and made, in hopes to give the water from the mountains a path to a new home. The valley saw began to bless their hard earned efforts, and now the small town of Twin Rivers was growing in size and significance. This allowed a young Winslie to dream of leaving her home, of seeing the world beyond where two rivers meet in the Simorael Forests.

Winslie takes care in her appearance, from her hair to her outfits, she adores any compliment she gets.
Her hair always looked as if it were freshly brushed and her clothes never seem to wrinkle, and her eyes are always likened to jewels. She stands tall, which she says makes her guard uniform look more put together and polished.

If anyone was to think her simply about her appearance, then they were fools.
Winslie values those that stand by her side, and repays with undying loyalty. Since leaving Twin Rivers, she was invited to serve in the guard of a Lord hailing from Ilica. The Lord possesses many interests, and travels the world to learn about new innovations and does his due diligence before putting his money somewhere he thinks would benefit the future.
The Lord knows that he is not well received and liked, that having to hire guards was not an overreaction, but a necessity. He was well known now, recognisable, and some incidents occurred where his safety and finances were threatened.

A weaver of the shroud, Winslie takes pride in her connection to the waters of Khurun. Some deem it useless, non-threatening, but Winslie was trained to not let anyone be left doubting her.
She has no qualms in demonstrating her strength. Winslie is capable of holding strong connections, and can call upon the waters found in bodies, although she does not show her cards all that often. Her combat skills are excellent, and prefers close combat for the fact she could learn the weight of her opponent and their fight style. It also makes for a good fight when armed, and is not afraid of the intimacy of a knife held to another's throat.
